IIR International Congresses of Refrigeration, ICR, are milestone events held once every four years since 1908. Each congress brings together large numbers of refrigeration stakeholders from all parts of the world. At each ICR, cryology, gas processing, thermodynamics, equipment and systems, biology and food technology, storage and transport, air conditioning, heat pumps, and energy recovery are all covered in depth, and important technical issues are discussed.
